Glad you fuckers finally realized Samara Weaving is a Fucking MOVIE STAR.

I will it by the end it didn’t work for me (I was rooting for it and still do, don’t hate me) but I really appreciate and ire the vision Jane brings to this story, there’s some flourishes that I was very impressed and even shocked by.
The leads are solid and engaging, especially Maddy.
LOVED the first 45 min.
Also: Fred Durst bomb was surprising and thematically apt.
I’m sure this is going to be an important movie for MANY people.
And even if I didn’t like it by the time it ended (just being honest) I’m excited to see whatever Jane does next.
Yeah I made this movie and I’m damn proud of it.
Got a problem with that pal?
(I’ve been in NYC all week, sorry)
5 stars for surviving the shoot and to everyone involved in this crazy flick we hope you dig.
Thank you to everyone who has been ionate about the film on here so far.
Love or hate, I’m just happy you watched it.
One note: the sexy moustached orderly?
Maybe too much.
WOW.
GODZILLA MINUS ONE was fantastic. Like SHIN GODZILLA it deals not just with spectacle but with the trauma of cataclysmic events on the human and cultural level with great characters.
Oh, did I mention this ‘Zilla is BRUTAL?
Amazing FX and really clever sound design too.
The old-school GODZILLA theme used throughout is killer.
Top 5 GODZILLA flick for me.
Aesthetically perfect, tonally wild, many times terrifying.
And seeing it in a theater is almost an immersive audience experience, there were times I didn’t know if it was the movie or our audience who was reacting more.
Dastmalchian continues to prove he’s a dark star.
Ingrid Toreli is captivating as is the whole cast.
I know there’s been cinematic gimmicks like this before but Ive never seen it done with such effortless flair.
Felt like Oliver Stone’s GHOSTWATCH, especially the use of multiple formats.
The cameo VO in the beginning is absolutely PERFECT.
Absolutely loved it and can’t wait to watch again at home.
Man, this movie was genuinely scary in a way I wasn’t expecting.
Simple, effective, all about the atmosphere, mood, style and crafts a contained horror that’s weird in all the right places.
And every time I think it’s lost steam or jumped the shark, it sneaks up and GRABS you.
There’s legit effective scares that worked fantastic thanks to wonderful build, tension and craft thanks to a very assured hand by the director and a solid cast led by the…
Baker’s Grand Thesis.
Not a false note in a frame.
Igor is the silent assassin of scenery.
The baptism call scene (“…nooooo!”) tore the roof off of the audience.
The crowd was going wild…till they didn’t and it landed hard and perfect.
And any film that thanks Jess Franco is tops in my book.
Not going Full Five because I wanna give it more when I watch it again ASAP.
Bravo Sean.
