I have never seen a Mission Impossible. I knew nothing about the lore. I had a great time. Tom Cruise might be insane but he can do a killer stunt. Bonus points for the beautiful gay submarine.

ah, really wanted this to be genius! before I say anything, everyone on the marketing team deserves a raise. The hype and anticipation around this movie was so fun and I love the idea of a new horror movie absolutely shocking the nation! There can be kind of a reverent excitement around horror if you do it right!

A very ambitious movie that doesn’t stick the landing. It had such a strong start, good performances all around, some genuinely funny moments.
