OUR HERO, BALTHAZAR takes a deep, unsettling look into the minds of two troubled young men, desperate for connection but lacking the emotional intelligence to find it. What follows is a twisted, volatile bond forged through rejection & frustration. In his directorial debut, Oscar Boyson brings a thought-provoking & emotionally charged voice to the screen, brought to life by raw, disturbing performances from Jaeden Martell & Asa Butterfield. The result is a haunting companion piece to Netflix’s “Adolescence” that is infuriating, doesn’t offer any easy answers, but impossible to turn away from.

A bleak, brutal onslaught on the senses with an immersive soundscape & astonishing cinematography. A stunning technical achievement on all fronts from production design, makeup, original score to Felix Kammerer’s agonizing performance.
