With all the star power attached, on both sides of the camera, I was expecting a lot more than a run of the mill gangster film that never really entertains. I feel the focus is placed wrong: I'd be more interested in a Purvis focused film than yet another romantic gangster against the machine.

I could live with that if it wasn't for the camerawork. Normally you'd at least have the action scenes to lift the whole a bit but for some reason they look like home videos.
