i’ve been seeing pictures of norman in this movies for the longest time but i finally decided to give it a watch on youtube and oh my god. this is such a solid movie. i can’t believe it’s norman’s first film ever, he’s already so saturated in his onscreen prowess. he’s also like, the hottest person ever? the plot is so perfectly executed in a way that filmmakers just CANNOT pull off these days. i love watching the boys interact…

For the entire first hour and a half of this movie, I was anticipating it to just be a simple little visual experience of blood and young love and 80s nostalgia porn, of all which was 5 stars in my book the whole time. The music is great and the acting is effective and I was enjoying myself greatly. Then the last 15 minutes happened and derailed me for a solid 24 hours. I cried hard. Can’t stop thinking about this movie. I’m captivated.
