A beautiful, yet playful, film which utilises vibrant production design, clever editing and seamless choreography to capture the concept of multiple realities through the lens of perhaps an otherwise ordinary woman. The attention to detail throughout the montage and action scenes allowed for clever (and of course, silly) humour to be weaved throughout, which gave this potentially-confusing film the space to feel approachable and human. The film also explores moving topics such as the importance of family and upbringing, love and kindness, and sexuality, which not only builds upon this, but also balances the comedy with serious tear-jerking moments. It reminded me to appreciate the life I have, and to be my best self, so that I am not left thinking about ‘what if’s.
