This documentary is full of shit.

The only reason it's even getting 1 star is because there is some interesting footage, but this is not a documentary - it's a very misleading photo essay completely made-up of out-of-context montages. Having no narration was not a stylistic choice, it was to avoid having to bring attention to this constant deception. The three chapters get progressively more misleading, until finally in the last third they completely made everything up.
